Definitely offroad. The only time i run 4x4 on road is snow. I think I'm just going to install a diff drop and see if that helps. It can't hurt.On the pavement or the offroad? If on pavement shame on you as we are not supposed to do that in a 4wd while in 4H or 4L. If offroad you shouldn't hear is as much but also remember that when the transfer case is in 4wd the front and rear axles will turn at the same speed unlike a Awd that allows the axles to turn at different rates.
If you would like i can meet you and show you on mine and i have the Old Man EMU lift kit.
If it only does it in 4wd then a diff drop will do no good what so ever. When I go offroad in my tuck and I have my tuck in 4wd I can get the wheel hop on full lock, and it is more noticeable in 4L. The wheel hop is most likely the clucking you are hearing.Definitely offroad. The only time i run 4x4 on road is snow. I think I'm just going to install a diff drop and see if that helps. Ok. Good to know about the diff drop.If it only does it in 4wd then a diff drop will do no good what so ever. When I go offroad in my tuck and I have my tuck in 4wd I can get the wheel hop on full lock, and it is more noticeable in 4L. The wheel hop is most likely the clucking you are hearing.
