Installed my Kenwood sub

And finally found a use for that goofy little tray in the armrest. It's the perfect spot for the Kenwood remote

Phil, is the Aviator comparable to the Explorer? Which Ford vehicle is the Nautilus comparable to, Edge?

how does it sound
It fills in the factory sound lower end nicely.

This KSC-SW11 sub has been in 3 different vehicles and always works well.

It doesn't provide the "thump" that a lot of people want from a sub, it just enhances the soundscape.

There are several reviews of it on Youtube where you can get an idea of how it sounds.

How did you install the wiring? mainly interested in the signal from the head unit. i know you can run the power from the fuse panel with a tap. I've got the same sub from a previous car i haven't gotten around to installing in the ranger yet.

Curt trailer hitch arrived today. Will be installing this weekend and will share info/post photos.

Already have the Weathertech Bumpstep from my old truck, so that will be installed as soon as bolts are torqued down.

Considering the swing out bed mounted tool box and the door sill protectors, but that might be it for me for a while.

I used the speaker level inputs that were included with the sub and tapped in to the connectors on the B-pillar.

HERE is the thread that details where the connectors are

Now that I've got a few other projects completed around the house, had time for the truck.. Installed the engine cover Monday and tailgate letters and painted the tailpipe last night.
