Yes! They are a bit noisy. I can feel the lugs on the tread pattern for about the first 10/15 feet accelerating from a stop. I turn up the radio. Considering the difference from the factory look, I have zero issues with this minor annoyance.
Went with the 93 performance, 89 performance, Lone Ranger variable 85-93 octane. Going with the Lone Ranger for now so I can burn whatever octane on road trips. Constantly monitoring my Waze app GPS for speed and police radar is a hassle in Houston traffic. It'll be a small convenience to get...
Added #15 on front windows, #5 strip on windshield and rear glass. Did an early oil change today with Dexos approved 5w/30 fully synth. Mobil 1 extended perf oil filter. Degreased and cleaned engine bay before detailing the truck this morning. I let the dealer do the first oil change at 9000...
Today I did another 5w/30 full synthetic Dexos approved early oil and filter change. Went with Mobli 1 M1 102A extended performance filter. Degreased and cleaned the engine bay. Detailed the truck after. Two weeks ago had 15% on the front driver and passenger windows. #5 on the windshield and...
Just opened my notifications. Apologies for the delay in replying. On an unrelated note, went with # 15 tint on the front windows. #5 on windshield and rears all around a couple weeks ago.
I'm 5'6'' tall. I assumed everyone opened their doors and stood on the sill? I hop in the back of the truck with my chamois or micro fibre towels to catch the middle in front of the antennae. This is probably my 10th pickup. All the others were full sized Rams or F150's. On a side note I...
I get a slight rub in reverse at full turn lockout. I'm fine with it. I like the slight protrusion from the wheel well. I have yet to see another Ranger in N. Houston with a similar setup.
I spent the money to plug my usb cell phone charger (I keep half dozen around the house anyway) in the A/C outlet on the back of the console. When I plug in my iPhone, it deactivates the stop/start. doesn't pull battery power when I get out and leave the truck. Simplest fix I could come up with.
I had Unleashed tune my last EcoBoost. 2013 AWD Titanium 2.0 Escape. Barked 2nd gear every time I mashed the pedal. It came with the Focus ST engine and 6 speed auto. Great customer service and a solid tune.
Added 75 horsepower today. Decided against the K/N after I saw the oil buildup on my last EcoBoost motor intake with the cold air setup. Your results may vary. ?
This truck definitely has some safety features I feel I don't need. I own shirts that have a warning on the label "Do Not Iron While Wearing". Ford Lawyers must attempting to mitigate lawsuits from the same people who need these type of warnings. (sarcasm)
This isn't the first time I've been wrong on the internet. Certainly not the last. Perhaps I'm confusing it with the crash warning beeping which is also activates frequently in my truck. Gotta love Houston traffic.
I get a beeping along with the indicator light on the activated mirror. It has saved me a few times from people traveling at NASCAR speeds making lane changes in traffic while I was attempting to do the same.
Road construction in Houston is never-ending. The first few times it activated I thought my tires had become unbalanced, or I was hitting rumble strips. I disabled mine months ago. The back up sensors detecting moving traffic and the blind spot activation get put to use frequently. You've...
93 octane, catch can, tailgate dampener, will a tune blow up my motor, K/N air filter, best oil to use, Should I fill my tires with nitrogen? I'm sure I missed a few. I believe I read every post on the forum twice before my first post.
