Hello everyone!

Been a lurker for quite some time and it's about time I look at pulling the trigger on one to join the crew!

So, as I'm sure you guys know the 0% interest is definitely the eye grabber, but of course I want to get the best price I can get on a 2019. So, I have been looking at this one in Particular

https://www.rich-ford.com/inventory...R4FH0KLA27457/2019-Ford-Ranger-Albuquerque-NM

The internet price is a little over 37k but of course, I know I am not going to be paying nearly as much as that. I wanted to ask you guys, would you think I could get almost 7-9k off of the sticker price going the 0% route or do I need the incentives to reach what I am looking for? I'm definitely not a fan of the chrome, but it is the only 19 that would fit what I'm looking for that is within the price range if I could get a great deal on it. Thank you for your responses!

Take the incentives, you can always refinance. Our family does that if the dealer don’t get a good rate. and then checks State Farm’s rates. State Farm will refinance, it’s easy.
They will refinance 30 days after the purchase.

As I’m in the market for a Ranger also... I’ll give you my experience thus far. I’ve been shopping for almost 2 weeks. There’s a number of rebates and variations of discounts available currently. This issue I seem to run into is some dealers are giving me more money off (up to 9k off sticker pending trim, options etc) if I bring my own financing. Other dealers are the opposite and only giving some of the money if I don’t use the Ford 0%. The problem with that is Rangers I like are at the dealers who don’t want to give me all rebates unless I take the 0% and/ or combination of price too high. I don’t care about the 0% as I want the truck at a low price as I know I can acquire aggressive financing through a financial institution. Humbly, At this point I’m in the market by choice, so if I can’t get what I want at a price I’m willing to pay I’ll just wait. Consensus of the forum with which I agree is 7-9 plus more is not unreasonable as this fall coming 19s will be 2 years old and you have to account for depreciation. Good luck.

I got mine, minus the 4x4, for 30k financed out the door. That was after trade in, owner loyalty, military discount, etc etc. and a 1.9% apr since I have decent credit.

same exact trim level and options. tech package, tow package, BLIS, collision avoidance stuff, lane keeping, rear locker.

4wd is a 4K option so it’s hard to compare a 2wd to a 4wd.

You can do better than 37k and still get lariat too. Just a quick look on cars.com shows 202 used 2019 lariats with 4x4 under 20k miles for <$35k nationally.

Don’t be afraid to have a car shipped. You can get a great deal if you look nationally. Surprisingly easy and not that expensive, especially now that fuel is cheap.
