It looks like the Falcon Shocks have been released for the Ranger. According to their 2020 catalog, the tow/haul shocks should be coming soon. I run Falcons on my Jeep and I really like them. I will probably give these a try in a few months.

That kit looks pretty nice. If the front struts were a thread body coilover, I'd be completely sold.

Here is the install video for anyone interested. May be helpful for anyone installing other shocks. This is the only video I’ve found where they show removing the axel nut.

I install my Falcon Shocks today. I did pull the axle nut but was not able to push the axle out of the hub. It was stuck in there on both sides. The axles did pop out of the differential but I was able to get it lined back up and pushed back in.

By the time I finished, it was too dark to get a picture of the truck.

How do you like the ride on them?

It rides like I was hoping they would ride. A little bit stiffer than stock but not stiff enough that bumps are harsh. A lot of the body roll is gone. The bed still bounces a little bit but definitely dampens out quickly.

Is the rear shock damping adjustable. Can’t really tell by the pics.

The ones that I bought are not adjustable. They are coming out with adjustable according to their catalog. The cartridge in the piggyback appears to be replaceable like in their Jeep piggyback shocks. So I am hoping that I can upgrade to the adjustable like they allow on the Jeep shocks if I decide that is something I want later.
