We were going over the closets with the builder yesterday. I found a way to save a couple thousand and figured it would fit right in here in Arkansas. o_O ?

The chain connects all the carts and they store them by the front door. You have to put a quarter in to get one and when you return it you gat your quarter back. Every shopping center needs to do this as I've never seen a stray cart in any Aldi parking lot. I'm sure some would still leave them but you'd be surprised how many people want their quarter back.

That makes sense because Aldi was founded by 2 German brothers in the 60's. The one we had in MA wasn't in a good area so I only went there once when it opened. Annie has one right across the street from her in Chicago and liked a lot of their products there. They opened one up near me in AZ a few years ago and some of their stuff is good and like most places you just have to know what to shop for. I will say (in AZ) their produce was really fresh and reasonably priced compared to the larger grocery stores. There's one here in Bentonville which is also really good and one thing I will say is all their stores are very clean and organized.

Actually it's a discount grocery, above Walmart quality on most things but less $

The chain is for the cart, costs a quarter to use the cart but when you return it to its spot yoy plug the chain in and get your quarter back. Keeps carts from banging into vehicles when the wind catches them etc. .

We used to shop at the one near us but all of a sudden their prices doubled so they were no cheaper then Wegmans and had oddball merchandise. I tried a container of Aldi brand sour cream for tacos once, it had a nasty Elmer glue flavor and texture.

I have never eaten Elmers Glue, I'll take your word for it! Did it stick your ribs?
