We use to have a New Orleans themed restaurant up here in Wisconsin of all places. They did Gator Nuggets as part of their Friday Fish Fry's. Actually quite good. Yes, rather mild, the flavor more dictated by the breading or dipping sauce.

Have eaten a lot of squirrel, raccoon and deer in my time, having hunted all of them. Although I do draw the line on curtain particular body parts.

I'll bet it makes a pretty good light trailer. Keeps everything nice and dry. And has a nice soft suspension. A sliding door and lift gate in the back. And it is probably still carpeted.
He could have done a better job with the mating surfaces where he added the front section.

I like the concept and, had the execution been better, I would tow it. But, as you said, the front looks cheap and I'm not sure that I would trust the mating to hold or withstand the weather.
