Did you have to cut it down in the middle? If so, is that the only mod. you had to make?Got this finished up today. Its from an explorer sport trac. Not bad for $50(total, and that's Canadian too!)
Could you tell me a bit more about this? Which winch is it, how is it mounted in there? Looks fantastic!Wired up the winch that I installed this past weekend
Not to jump his reply, but here is what he used: https://589fab.com/collections/ranger-mounts-organizers/products/hidden-winch-mountCould you tell me a bit more about this? Which winch is it, how is it mounted in there? Looks fantastic!
Thats the stock bumper, correct?
Yup, it had to be cut. Gorilla glue and 1.5"ABS pipe took care of the rest. I had to Dremel out a tiny bit of plastic so my pivot would lock into place. Depending on how you make the pivot, this may be unnecessary. Other than that, I filed the "feet"a bit (the rests that it sits on when the tailgate is up). I had to do this because the top bar was resting directly against the tailgate.. I'm convinced this has to do with the bedliner.Did you have to cut it down in the middle? So you just selected it twice and cycled the power ect a few times and it stuck. Has it gone away yet or is it still sticking?Didn't stick for me either and I selected the Raptor theme. Selected it again, turned the test settings off and cycled the power, opened/closed the door a few times and now it seems to stick.
Its gone. Checked it the next morning and it was back to stock. So you just selected it twice and cycled the power ect a few times and it stuck. Has it gone away yet or is it still sticking?
Dang. Guess forscan is going to be the way to go then. Its gone. Checked it the next morning and it was back to stock.
Although I think if you change the setting to enable testing it will stay on the menu and you can go and change it every time you start your vehicle. If you wanted to go through thatDang. Guess forscan is going to be the way to go then.
Take a picture of them installed, if you can. I'm in the market for some good seat covers.Got new Coverking leatherette seat covers. Going to install this weekend. Really impressed with the quality.
I also put in a set of CoverKings and they are worth the $$, Very good fit, almost perfect, cut for your Ranger and a ton of different styles and colors. I found them to be cheaper thru a distributor on Ebay... Took about 2 weeks to get my fronts and about 4 weeks to get the rear..........Take a picture of them installed, if you can.
