So, a little update, install went well, for the most part lol. I did forget to tighten the p/s tie rod bolt as I was kinda rushing as my buddy needed to leave to pick up his trailer. I went home real quick after to clean up, then went right to Discount tire to get an alignment and get my tires mounted. The kid that did my alignment was the one that informed me I left the nut loose and he took care of it.

So Monday on the way home from work I start hearing this faint "rubbing" noise, comes and goes, speeds up and slows down depending on vehicle speed. And it's hard to hear, even with the radio off, only when passing a retaining wall or high curbs can I clearly hear it. I get home, look it over both sides but I don't see anything obvious. Yesterday I was able to take it back to my buddy's place and we get it back on his lift, while it the air, spin the d/s front wheel and hear it. Took off the wheel and turned out to be a bent dust shield  . When we were doing the install, we had both shields off the prevent this situation. We think that because I left the p/s nut loose, that the kid at Discount Tire checked both nuts to make sure and accidentally bent the shield on the d/s unknowingly lol. NOW, it's all good and my anxiety has subsided lol. Nothing against the kid at DT, if it was even them. He does great alignments :like:

But on a serious note... I finally got the ACC relocation task completed... and, hey, it works!! Overal, the task is a PIA... but found a video unrelated to the ACC that was installing a new off-road bumper... changed the game... had to take more of the front off than I wanted to but the video was very clear and step by step that even I could not screw it up. Had both the Cali Raised LED and Fab Four mounts... not impressed with either of them, but they do work... I used the Fab Four version. Anyway, all is good.

PS: I used my hybred grill...

The "nostrils" are still red and I have to paint them Ford Blue... so nostril-less at the moment.
