I had the Ford performance ARB bumper put on today. I've always liked it, and after reading the posts about this bumper's price reduction, I felt it was time.

My 2019 Ranger lariat super crew was totaled this week by my insurance company. This was my fourth ranger. Had 57000 miles on it and 14 months left of payments. Have to start all over 2024 lariat. My only accident since driving, I am 67 years old. No one was injured except my truck.

I'm glad you weren't injured!

Glad you’re okay - too bad about your truck. Will you have to wait long for the new one or are the 2024s available now?

After 5 years on the stock rims think it was time to upgrade

Looking sharp John - SuperCab for the win!

Somehow, when you quoted my post, the square bracket [ was deleted and I only noticed this as I was browsing the thread.

I have yet to see a 2024 in the wild here in Ontario but I haven’t been actively looking - maybe I’ll check out a couple of dealer lots when I’m running errands this weekend.

Snagged 5 Bronco Outer Banks 18ā€ wheels and tires for $200 for my ā€˜23 Ranger. 25k on 4 tires and one new. Just want the wheels for use as with snow tires for next year. Can’t beat that price

swapped out my spark plugs today. Perhaps a simple activity for many, but it’s my first time ever doing it on a vehicle that isn’t some sort of lawn equipment. Plug 3 scared the sh*t out of me because it just kept spinning and wouldn’t thread. My magnetic extraction tool has a swiveling elbow and that was just causing it to miss the thread when it wasn’t perfectly straight. Once I realized that the spark plug threaded right in.

Anyway, pictured above plugs 1-4 are sequential with 1 on the left and 4 on the right. I think they look pretty good for 66k miles, but a decent time to swap to new. Fuel economy was at a combined 20.5mpg on the computer. New plugs immediately seem to be getting better fuel mileage, but we’ll see over time.

Bowen,
Did you notice any moisture or rust in or around the plug wells? Some Ranger owners are experiencing frozen plugs because of rust. Hope yours were OK!
