I hooked up the 3 amber lights in the grill, then realized I bought the wrong damn one. Doesn't fit a Lariat. Spent the rest of the afternoon cursing and looking up the return policy.

Glad to possibly be of some help. I’m sure that a lot of different colors would look great on the Ranger, I mean it is a beautiful truck, but to me the gloss black letters were it. Love the look of my tailgate now. Make sure you post some pictures of yours when you get them. Looking forward to seeing it.

Went and bought supplies for my next service. NAPA has Mobil1 on sale right now. Changed the cabin and air filter. Then tore things apart to add sound mat to all four doors. I doubled it up behind the speakers. I think it makes a difference in sound quality and the door sounds much more solid when closing . Then I put on Jaxwax ceramic coating.

A few of the 'mods' I've managed to do so far. Won the dampener through a give away on this site! The engine cover is added b/c this an XLT. Not pictured are the console tray & key bezel. I'm sitting on some carbon fiber rear letters, but the truck is has the black package & the above pick makes me think I need them instead lol. Grrrr

Edit: I thought to myself 'onemanlan, you're being an idiot. Why pay for something twice? It's a nice day, go slap those letters on & see!' Low and behold not only am I fine with it, but they're dark enough to fit the bill. Thanks for inspiration!

Got around to installing the ARB diff cover and my Eibach rear shocks! Fluid was black and chunky, 5k miles on odo.

Installed this pair of DD sports today, but in wanting to keep the M2M grille, and wanting the lights to sit flush with the bumper, this called for mods to both the brackets and the grill without any holes drilled in the bumper. Really pleased with the way they worked out.

Ran this harness though the steering grommet and mounted the switch above the fog switch. Plugged directly into the DDS3's. No splicing, room to spare, relay included. The rest is as I stated.

Thank you ! Did you have to do anything special in the front of the truck to mount the lights? Did you have to modify the M2M grill? Could you just bolt through the holes from the plastic clips?
