A few times while taking off I feel a pull in the truck that feels like the transmission is downshifting when going from 3rd to 4th. I have the Livernois performance tune installed, but also had the same experience at stock before installing the tune. It's funny; I have only felt it while leaving work, and I almost always baby it on takeoff. It doesn't happen when I leave the house, but it does when leaving work once or twice a week.

Mine does a similar thing when leaving work, it is more like a minor engine stumble vs a shifting thing. Mine is minor though, and couple times a week.
Frankly I ignore little intermittent stuff like that, especially if its not up to temp yet.

Maybe you are babying it too much tbh.
