Good to hear all is well, I'd be frantic if 210 some odd dollars went missing.
For what it is worth, I created a totally separate Gmail account when I placed my 2020's order last August.
ALL correspondence concerning the truck originates and winds up in that account.

My "Location" in the Ford Pass App stopped working about a month ago. I noticed last week that after the last update to the app it came back? A connection, who knows.

OK. I logged out & in no change. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app & lost my 42000 points & it now says I have to have an authorized user to activate my vehicle. The guide says I should have a notice in my messages with a link to click on. I don't have any message with anything like that. What now?

After reinstalling the App on my 2019 Ranger it took about 4 days for Ford to activate it. I also used the Master Reset on my radio's Settings. Now everything works as it should, Location, Tire pressure etc.

Yes it works as long as you have a data connection on your phone.
