USB Failure after water spill.

I spilled some water and some ended up in my USB and they stopped working completely. When I got home I checked the fuse it was intact. So I did some research and master reset my sync. Also saw that you can replace the USB on the truck, but I am finding it difficult to get the USB core out. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you so much.

You need to get started on getting all that disassembled?
This is from the Autostop Eliminator device install manual. You can ignore the start/stop thing, but this will get you started. It's what I used to get into that same area.

Check all your fuses first. I believe usb power is on a separate fuse than the radio. Might be that simple.
