I’m trying to locate an under hood ignition switched source to tap into. The compressor for the airbags wants to be wired through a fuse tot he battery but also has a switched lead so it only runs when the power is on. I can’t seem to figure out something I could use for the purpose, and wondered if anyone else has found that. Searching has only netted me interior connections

There are some serious wiring veterans on this forum. I'm sure someone will drop a diagram on you shortly.

In the past for the most part it was constant power fuse box under the hood and switched fuses under the drivers dash. Now they have mixed it up and dont follow that scheme anymore. Im not a fan of this. Its all done to save money on wire assembly costs.
