First, qualify this as know it works for my Ranger, but have no idea if it will work for anyone else's. This may be a case where Ford decided to use 2019 MY remaining parts until depleted, and then revert to a different design.
In the Southeast section, the subject of Supercab rear seat headrest removal came up, and it kind of morphed into 2019 rear seat headrests have a button on the side of the headrest to allow folding, but the 2020 does not. One of the forum members mentioned that there is a spring up in there and provided a picture. I was curious and took mine apart and found Ford used the folding headrest assembly without the button, or the trimmed hole in the headrest cover. I also found that a 1/2" wooden dowel 1-3/4" long will fit and allow folding after everything's put back together. I think a more elegant solution might be to 3D print a button and I might do something like that later, but for about 30 minutes work, I now have folding headrests in my 2020 Super Cab. A secondary benefit is that the headrests are much easier to remove and replace now.
Thought others might find the info useful and so started a thread here. And thanks to the other members involved in the other thread.

And the end result - hidden button folding headrests:
