That's awesome! But how do you get the dirt and sand that's now bounced into all the nooks and crevices in the surrounding area?

I saw that in another video. This sander seems too aggressive and blows the stuff everywhere. The one I saw was using a palm sander and seemed to work well enough.
As someone who used to do flooring, you wouldn't believe the amount of stuff that gets under the carpet. Using a vacuum that has a rotating brush at the front just gets stuff from the surface and pushes the fine dust into the carpet.
I removed carpet from one home where they used Carpet Fresh often. When I pulled up the carpet, there was a 1/4" of the stuff under the pad. Seriously, if you have allergies, get rid of the carpeting in your home.
