Probably not enough to make a difference. And if it helps as the video claims it would be worth any mpg lost to help the longevity of the trans. What kind of gas mileage hit do you take using tow mode all the time?
Not much if any. What kind of gas mileage hit do you take using tow mode all the time?
It might not be as bad as they first thought there. The storm keeps changing and IIRC they said the snow totals were down in VA but the Richmond area still has almost a foot predicted.I'm gonna use snow mode this weekend. Got a lot of snow in the forecast. Time to put the Snowsport plow on.
Last check 9+ inches, which is a far cry from the 2+ feet a few days ago.It might not be as bad as they first thought there. The storm keeps changing and IIRC they said the snow totals were down in VA but the Richmond area still has almost a foot predicted.
The storm looks to be pushing northwards now so I bet it'll be below that. I'd be more worried about the one which seems to be taking over.Last check 9+ inches, which is a far cry from the 2+ feet a few days ago.

Oh yeah, its exactly why i keep track of my miles per fill up at the pump, also the mpg by hand. Its not that I mind too much, since its a truck, but I do it to keep track and if it goes way out of spec for the season I know i got some looking around to find what is making the problem.I do not know what the mpg is. I only keep track of miles per tank. That way if its ever way way way off i know i have some sort of problem.
I have a 24, drive in sport mode all the time. Slippery mode when i have to drag something really heavy on dirt. Just give it gas and listen to tranny and brakes do all kinds of weird stuff to not spin the tires with the lockers on.
The only modes i dont use are eco and only normal for road trips.road trips are about the only time i get over 20mpg
Yep, been keeping a spreadsheet for years on all my vehicles. Has mileage. MPG, fuel cost, tire mileage, any work done etc. BTW, the lowest fuel price I think I have recorded was during the first Trump administration, $1.29.Oh yeah, its exactly why i keep track of my miles per fill up at the pump, also the mpg by hand.
