I've seen some small scratches posts, so I thought I'd feature my truck's small scratch. You'd think bright yellow was camouflage with the way I hit that parking pole. Stay alert and safe out there.

This isn't the first one that I've seen in the forums. Another of our members had this happen a year or so ago, as I recall.

Damned pole JUMPED into the side of his vehicle too!

Ouch! I feel your pain!

On a lighter note, I ran the EVO training (emergency vehicle operation) At the Sheriff's office among my other duties. I had a jailer ask me "Lt. Why do you always make us backup in these courses?! I pointed at a yellow dent in the back quarter on a new jail van and said as soon as you guys stop backing into poles then I'll let ya go forward lol

I think those poles in parking lots should be outlawed along with speed bumps.

Two of my best friends, who happen to be brothers, did the exact same thing to their vehicles in parking lots. Insurance fixed my buddies truck, the other became one of many battle scars.. lol.
