I have a 2.5 Rough Country leveling kit coming in and at the current moment I have the stock 18in wheels from the black appearance package, Im wondering what would be the biggest tire I could run without having to do trimming/cutting

I can guarantee that 265/65-18 with fit with no problems. That is about a 32 inch tire. Since you have an 18 instead of a 17 it is hard to say if a 275/65-18 will fit without trimming of sorts. Also some have confirmed you can fit 285/65-18 tires if you put a 1/4 inch wheel spacer on the front.

Hope this helps.

I’ve got that leveling kit installed but I haven’t put bigger tires on yet. Waiting for the Dynspros wear down a bit more. I was told I could put “almost” 33” tires on mine.
Check out this link to compare different sizes of tires and maybe go conservative unless you want to change out the crash bars.

What’s the biggest tire I could go with 2.5 level kit and O.E. 17” wheels?

Do you want to keep your crash bars or swap them to aftermarket ones?

I’d like to keep them
IF(key word here) you go with the Forestone Destination XT in size 285/70-17 you should not have any issues at all on STOCK wheels. Aftermarket wheels you are on your own!!

Next question, you say "biggest", are you willing to go skinnier than the factory tire or are you trying to get wider AND taller?

If I go “skinnier” I think it’ll look funny. I’m gonna level it and I just wanted something to fill in the wheel well a little more without cutting the crash bars

265/70R17 is the safe bet (same as Tremor). Anything more than that and you're going to get an "it depends" answer. Tire brand, type, etc.
