I put a sharpie mark on the side of the bolt head and did three full rotations, 1080 degrees, and I don't get flashed anymore with a 2.5 level kit.

Something I have learned that while most led lights are insanely bright, the biggest problem seems to come to the windshield of the person you are facing. If their windshield is dirty, dusty, or oily on the inside, it seems to amplify the light and cause glare. Im having that issue right now, planning to clean it this weekend with some Windex. My only real complaint about led lights is when they hit the side view mirrors at the right height and reflect right into your eyes. I dont even know if dimming sideview mirrors are a thing though.
