Curious what the digital calipers and protractor is for?I was wondering that too but I know one thing, I will never need it to handle 300 lbs.Another shot with a background not stripped out. A few 2x4', washer or dryer, just house stuff. The best part of being retired.

I was away and my wife decided to take the Ranger to IKEA. She discovered that the tailgate comes off while trying to use it to push up the shelving flat pack while closing the tailgate, so there she was trying to hang on to both the tailgate and the flat pack and realizing that trying to close the tailgate while it's got something resting on it is NOT a good idea. Fortunately for her, some Good Samaritans bailed her out and reattached the tailgate for her.
She would like everyone to know that during this ordeal, the flat pack was balancing on her head, and it was a holiday weekend while I was visiting one of my oldest friends.
I feel that! This is my first truck. I took a load of stuff to the recycler and when i went to shut the tailgate it wouldn't... so i quietly, with tail between my legs, left to get out of sight and struggle some more before it all came off and i realized what was going on.
