Is there a brand that draws as many whiney men as the Tacoma?
I joined up at Tacoma 4G as I'm interested in the truck. But damn, owning a Toyota is almost embarrassing. Men whining about about having to wait, about not being able to order, not having the features they want.
I asked about if the rear lock will work in any mode, and some douche told me to chill out ?
Looks like same old Toyota tech and it will only work in 4low.

Jeep owners are just weird, with those ducks and waving at each other

Just for curiosity I popped over there to see. First post I looked at is owners attacking a guy for saying he is sick of waiting for his truck to be built. "Why even post a negative post like this... None of your six reasons are really valid. " What a bunch of tools.

I expect to see some "fuel in oil" threads over at Tacos-R-Us now that they have the turbo 4cyl , at least they should move better now...

ill be honest when i heard the new ranger was only selling with half an engine i was like heck no. then i drove one. and despite the stupid fake engine sounds and angry sewing machine real sounds it surprised me how gutsy the 5g trucks are.

stupid fake engine sounds

I had completely forgotten about that! My Tremor does not have it. Let me be clear.... I am VERY glad it does not. But wonder why?

Luckily without it I get to listen to nothing but that beautiful sound of the 2.3L getting it done!

Yeah, if you were a real truck driver, you'd drive a truck with 6 cylinders that has the power of a 4 cylinder (NA) and the fuel economy of a v8.

one thing that would be nice is to have the aftermarket support the toycoma does. jeep toyota mustang you can almost totally build from a catalog or web store.
