I successfully installed Sync 3.2 a few days ago via USB. Then I decided to update my Maps as well.
I downloaded the files from the Ford website, followed the instructions carefully and installed the update.
Got the message Update Complete. Remove USB. The map update was successful except that my steering wheel Voice Control button no longer gives me Navigation commands. Only Phone, Radio, Sirius, Climate and USB. Somehow the Navigation connection is lost. Anyone else come across this. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If you removed the map usb the first time the system said the update was complete, you removed it too soon. When updating maps, you will get multiple complete messages. You need to leave the usb in place until the system no longer reboots on its own and the complete message stays on the screen. The voice commands are the last part of the update, so when the usb is removed too soon, they no longer work.

You need to rerun the update.

Also, curious how you just updated to Sync 3.2 when 3.4 is the latest…..

I was wondering the same thing. As far as I was aware of the MY19's only came with Sync 3.3 or 3.4 installed depending on the build date in the production run.
