I finally did a Master Reset and everything is back to normal. Navigation Voice Control is back!! I had to spent a couple of hours adding all of my radio presets, navigation favourites, pairing my phone, updating FordPass app, etc but it was so worth it. Thankyou so much for all of your help...

So, are you saying that even after I get the screen that states “ Installation Complete”. You may now remove your USB device”. that I should leave it in for a while longer?

Next time you visit your dealership, probably a good idea to re-install your AS-BUILT file first so they wont know about your TM modification. Afterward, re-install your modded file.
