So I just found put there is pne person out there(might not be on this forum) that has a 2019 or newer Ranger with a 2.5 inch lift and is running BFG 34x10.50-17's on stock wheels and not rubbing. No cutting crash bars or changing them. If anything loosen the bolts and move them at best. Now that I am aware I may conside it as well.

Having discussed this with friends in the offroad community, I decided to get the OME system. But alas, not available in Canada. Stage 3 has a shipping quote request system but they have never gotten back to me. Might have to use a redirect shipping company to hotshot it across the boarder.

OME shocks and struts like to rust and have valve and seal failures. I would go with Bilstein 6112 for the front, 5100 for the rear. OME leafs from 4wheelparts.ca. Rough country arms from lowriders.ca if needed. This setup will last the longest in Calgary winters.

I'm not sure where you heard that OME shocks rust and seal fail but i havent had any such issue and have not heard of such either. Not saying Bilstein is junk as I know gow well the quality is but something to consider when mixing brands is you dont have a system designed to work together.

This is something I have thought about. I have heard of rusting issues on jeep OME. And it gets very salty up here. I got a quote for shipping and it's $300 plus duty and tax.

All steel struts rust after about 4 years here. And they blow 5-10 years. But not many people make aluminum bodied struts.

If that is the case ve a little patient and OME will have the BP51's available and they are aluminum. Also after 4 years I would hope you got your moneys worth anyway.

Ah, that would be nice, but I have no estimate on how long I would have to wait. I can't find anything about those for rangers being worked on. Also I was wrong on my shipping estimate. It was $483.10 USD plus duty and GST

Ended up finding the lift $200 cheaper through a local distributor so I'll have it in a couple months. Ome it is. And if it has too much rake I can throw in a .5" strut spacer in the front.

And if I have any issues with the struts down the line, then I will likely go to a coilover on the front.
