It peels right off. No need for a heat gun on my 2019. It stretches so once you start there's no going back. There's an old thread on this back from 2019 or so.

Please post pics. I sort of like the decal, or at least I don't care about it. I have a white truck, and I've seen pics of some without it. Not sure I want to remove it. Yet.

Looks really good. Makes me consider it as well, but knowing me I would just toss some rainbow vinyl wrap over it. Might as well just do that with the current vinyl on it

I like that. Was there some sticky goop underneath that you had to remove?
Thanks,

No, it's just very tough vinyl. You start peeling from the corner and start peeling. It's on there but comes off , without tearing if your careful. Heat gun isn't really needed, but it's easier if you do it in the sun when the vinyl warms up. If your in a cold area/garage then a heat gun would help. Just a trace of residue left on the edge...comes right off with a bit of mineral spirits.
The vinyl isn't like the cheapie stuff...very thick and durable...should pull off in one piece.
***Once you start, there's no going back. Vinyl will stretch and be un-usable again.
