Spot light bracket on stock bumper

I've see a few member solutions here on the forums but wanted to see if anyone else has some solutions or ideas up their sleeves.

Im looking to mount 2 KC slimlites at the front of my truck, I dont have any welding gear and am pretty limited in fab tools and capability. Id like to keep them as close to the grill as possible and avoid blocking the ford emblem. I was thinking the following solutions might work.

this bracket with some 8020 extrusion or strut channel

I like the idea of mounting the lights, will look forward to seeing options available. Off topic, what kind of roof rack system are you running? I am in search of something simple and easy on the $$$$!

i don't have a roof rack, if your referring to the pictures I posted, I believe @RoadBoss made his own "lumber rack" style that went over his softtopper.

Looks kinda like they sandwiched the grill with a bracket? Seems like it was sturdy enough if the truck got crunched that bad and the lights didn’t break the plastic off the grill. Or maybe they made a bracket behind the grill that is more structural.

I found this on the forum from a deleted user. I gave it a shot with some hardware i had laying around on my bench but my inside washer is too small. However i dont think this is the right solution for my KC lights, they seem to be heavier than the Warn lights pictured and im not sure i have confidence the plastic grill will hold up to highspeed vibrations with the wight hanging off it.

Wondering if anyone in the US has installed the lightforce x grill headlight grill? I emailed lightforce about fitment on my 2022 XL Ranger and they said it has only been tested on 2015-2018 PX2. it would be an expensive lesson to find out it does not fit.

i cant remember his screen name but Wes has lightforce stuff on his rig and he seems very happy with them. no idk if it is the same parts or not.

@Wes Siler has great reviews of lightforce products, one of the reasons I’m so interested in the xgrill just wish there was a way too know if it would work on a US grill since you have to modify your stock grill
