Spare Tire Jack Hold Down Bolt

I recently got a 2020 Crew Cab, but it is missing the parts to hold the jack in place. All the parts of the jack and spare tire lowering kit is there, just no bolt of foam block to keep it in place.

Does anyone know the part number for the jack hold down bolt? The manual also mentions a foam block that the jack rests on, I'm guessing this is necessary to stop it from rattling. Is there a part number for that too?

I found a few different part numbers for the jack hold down bolt / jack stud, but not sure which one is right. The closest to the foam block that I could find was something called a floor storage compartment, but I don't think that is right.
