You know the more you irritate her the more she’s going to push you… So go mellow my friend, let the taper off be easy and don’t rock the damn boat!!!

it has been a real dilemma for my coach. She said she wasn’t going to talk to me until I got off the prednisone (which I actually had started my final
tapering a few days ago), but she saw me moving around gingerly this morning and didn’t feel she could jump all over me for being a couch potato.
