I have a weird driver seatbelt issue. I unbuckled it and when I try to buckle it back it won’t go all of the way in and lock. I push the unlock button down until I hear a click and then the seatbelt will buckle.
Anyone have this problem with a resolution?

Chances are the buckle is having an internal problem. Best thing to do is get a new one replaced by the dealer. Of memory serves me right it is covered under 5 years 60K

Ford should jump right on that.
Twenty nine pages are devoted to restraint systems in the 2021 owners manual.
It's not that your safety is a big deal to them but the big payouts in injury suits are.

That is the exact same problem my brother had on his 2020 Ford F150. IMO for safety sake, I would just have it replaced. My brother lived with it until he traded it off for a newer model.
