For issues with the Airbag Light - If you are not getting any codes to pinpoint down the issue then it will need a live data PID view to see a resistance value that may be slightly out of spec. (Look for anything that does not closely match the values provided.
I decided to provide a reference of normal readings you should see.
Rather Than Post 17 Pages of data, I created a Excell Spreadsheet, you will most likely need a High-End Scan tool to view the PIDS
Hope This Helps for T-Shooting the Airbag & Seatbelt System
Test Note: Resistance Values may vary slightly depending on temperature:
Test Temperature Ref: 60 Deg F.
So, to pinpoint compare - Driver & Passenger & Second Row PID Readings to see if any reading is not closely matching each other.
Note: First Row & 3rd Row (Middle) Seatbelts are Programmed (Buckled) since they are not on the Ranger.
