screen beep will not stay off

after an over the air update my screen background changed and I can not get the beep when touching the screen to stay turned off, after I turn it off it works fine, however after turning the truck off it is back on the beep.

Try a system reset in the Sync menu.

I Did a master reset on the SYNC system and everything is back to normal.
