Has anyone run into any major rust issues on your frames?
This afternoon I was in the process of washing off the thick mud from the underside of my 2019 (its mud season). While I was hosing it off underneath, I always stick the nozzle of the hose in the holes in the frame to wash out the sand and debris. When I did that, I got a good amount of sand and then lost of rust colored water and a lot of rust chunks. Has anyone experienced this?
I purchased the Waxoyl undercoating system (which treats the inside and outside of the frame) back in 2019. I have gotten it touched up in the spring and fall every year since I have owned it new in 2019.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.
