Built a rock light kit for about $200. Wanted a no frills setup. Just led white light no color changing garbage. Straight utility lighting when out offroading at night.
Parts used.
Harbor freight road shock light 2 pack, they were on sale for $25 a pack when I got them - 6 packs.
Wire and automotive deutsch style plugs from Amazon. I'll supply pictures of the product I bought if you want to build your own kit.

I built a wiring harness for the lights and made each light removable with auto plugs in case one ever needs replaced.

6 lights down each side of the truck. Wired it to my upfitter switch number 3.

Came out good and nice and bright.

AMAZING!!!

That is the best rock light function I have ever seen, and almost no light showing on the truck itself. Inspirational.
