Resetting audio amp (B&O System)/No Audio

(2022 Lariat Tremor, Original Owner, No Audio modifications) Anyone else have an issue with the B&O sound system where you lose audio and/or it shows it cycling in the gauge cluster from on/off if you try and turn it on? I have to pull the 2 20amp fuses for the audio system amp probably once a month to reset it to be able to get audio back. Incredibly annoying and I'm about to set up a service appointment to have it replaced. Just want to see if anyone else has this issue or not.

There is a TSB that covers a long list of Sync issues, and the fix is to reload the Sync software. There are quite a few owners that are having various issues with the latest update and either corrupted file or incomplete file upload to the truck appears to be the issue. I have no issues as of yet with my 22. I have a feeling you are stuck in between updates and the system will not complete the update.
Some are reporting a positive fix by going outside of Ford and using Cyanlabs for the Sync updates
For Reference I'm on version 22251 with zero issues

Good to know! This definitely feels like its more of a software bug than a hardware problem. I'll look at getting the TSB done, or just going through CyanLabs and updating it myself. Thanks for the info!

I have noticed one or two things after the last update, I cant voice reply to texts WTF that was handy, it dont ask would you like to reply and if I hit reply it says sorry its been turned off for your safety LOL
no because now I have road rage LOL
