Replacement Brake Pad Recommendations?

For the people who replaced their rears pads and rotors at low mileage, did you also replace the caliper?

I did the Power Stop premium brake pads w/ slotted rotors on my wife's CRV. They seem to be good qualify but I can always hear the fluttering of the discs through the pads during normal driving with the window down. This disappears when you apply the brakes but it's just a bit of an annoyance... Thankfully she doesn't notice it and I rarely drive it.
