Rear Seat Bottom Doesn't Latch Securely, Rubber Feet Missing

I must not be familiar enough about the truck because I'm having a hard time figuring out whats going on here.

Is the bent floor plan causing the rattle? Does that have something to do with the rear seat bottom not latching? My rear seat bottom latches in the upright position, but not in the down position... I assume this is normal? I'd love a little clarification if you get a second. Good luck on all this.

That rear seat bottom is really piece of junk. That cupholder type thing that is supposed to lock the bottom falls out and impossible to get back into that hole. One tab was broken on mine and it appears likely when built.

I was going to pull those seat bottoms out until I ran into the problem with the plastic bottom. Now, thinking of just leaving seat bottom to keep it all together. I will never have passengers in back seat anyway.
