Radio station changes automatically

Every morning, I start the engine and immediately notice the Radio shifted from XM to AM. Also the screen now displays Navigation. The battery is 6 months old. The voltage in the morning is 12.52 VDC. The truck has 22k miles. Any thoughts?

Update the Sync to vs 23188 via USB from the Ford Website, OTA (Automatic) updates have issues for most owners. This will most likely cure the issue as it is a known problem with older versions of Sync.

Mine was full of glitches (radio, nav, phone) until I finally did the update last week. It will not work over wifi so you'll need a USB Drive. I called and they were great about walking me through the update and then getting my FordPass app fixed again. Here's the direct number.
