And the whole damn thing is a little too high as I had extra air under my foot when I stepped out...
Next Project - Amp Research Power Steps... Perfect height. Easier to enter/exit than my 2005 Ranger.

Seriously, 1.5" is about perfect for performance.

Maybe the left right shocks had different right height to correct for the crown on most roads. Just a thought.

I went with larger tires at the same time and at first, the view from “way up there” was quite noticeable and getting in and out sure was a bit different.

Like so many things, you’ll get used to that extra nose height in no time.

You should try and locate Michael’s ex-wife and have her ride shotgun so you won’t have to adjust that coilover. Just a thought.
I xan hook you up. Just say the word.🤣🫡

No clue as to what any of these #'s really mean but it now is straight and centered ! Now , the guy called me halfway through and asked if I want the truck level or do I want the struts adjusted exactly the same because I can't have both , now this is an OCD nitemare for me to have unequal threads but more of one to have that much lean, so I went with level (looks like maybe 1 1/2 difference in threads from one side to the other) he said he test drove and then tweaked it once more.
He already was aware of the Ranger lean and is a Ford guy and claimed he had Ford techs on speed dial and seemed VERY knowledgeable. AS SOON AS I START MY TRUCK and sit for a second I notice my radio has been purposely turned off as has my AC (it's hot here today ) THAT is a sign of somebody who's full attention was on my truck and I appreciate that .

Now I shall go crazy 🤪 trying to pick out rims with who's knows what kind of offsets and tire reviews ad nausem...
And crash bars i guess...

Thought i would show the difference that it takes to actually LEVEL a Ranger from side to side, which it now is ... I had a little lean before that bothered me but after the front coils , it was VERY noticeable, maybe an 1" or more ! Front end guy said he checked everything for binding or out of square and I was good 👍... he also made a good point on the "lean" the Ranger and the others that have it, roads are crowned and higher in the middle (drivers side) for water runoff, so a 1/2 lean on your driveway may be level on the roadway... idk but my OCD is happy now ...

Unless I'm looking wrong, DAMN ! The fronts with the spring are a grand $ , but only half that without the springs? I guess i WILL reuse mine then ... im looking at the Eibach since I'm never offroad...
I'm going to be buying Eibach shocks soon. They seem to be the only brand I can find that not only does not have the comment "Not for Tremor suspension" added to every shock option, but actually uses "Tremor" as a filter and offers shocks for the Tremors. Guess they'll get my business by default.

Must say, replacement shock options for a Tremor is a bit irritating. Right now the shocks seem fine on the truck (56K miles) but I'm getting prepared. And I will NOT be going back with Fox. The whole "must service at 649 miles if you've driven on a sunny day," as well as "Needs rebuild at 2723 miles if it's ever rained in your zip code on a Tuesday" just chaps my @$$.

You're a better man than me. I just don't think I'm going to tackle this project. There's a shop someone that is going to get some of my cash.
