Quick Skid Plate Question

I have a 2021 XL STX 4x4 Crew Cab, I want to add the FX4 skid plate. Is it as simple as removing the air dam and installing the skid plate? Any other modifications needed? Do I need to purchase any bolts? Thank you!

Was thinking about doing this the price is now $361.59 (from same dealer parts dept.)
Now that's inflation, ,with tax ,& ship closing in on $400.
I'm doing other mods so this will have to go on back burner for now.
