Question on setting destinations of favorites in Nav

I don't think I have seen this but I have not searched the entire thread either. I tend to drive the truck to some pretty remote locations where there really isnt an address (boat landings, duck hunting locations, river access, etc...). Once I get to the spot I was trying to find, i would like to save this location in my navigation so I can use the trucks system to find it next time. On my phone, or on other navigation systems, I can just press a button that allows me to name and save the spot where the truck is. I can't figure out how to do this on the Ranger. What am I missing?

Touch the location on the map, act like you're going to start a route, then Save it rather than start the route.

Never tried it. I would guess it’d snap to the nearest road, but would need to experiment.
