Mine do not, but as @RANGER PRIDE mentioned it looks as if there may be a setting to enable it. When I get out of my truck (after driving it), I have to pull on the inside door handle once to unlock it and a second time to open it.

I disabled my autolock/unlock...can't stand it, worse than autostart/stop
