getting old is terrible! was laying in bed and had sudden unexpected pain in the right hip and leg. no rhyme or reason for it. could barely gimp limp walk. even sore to touch the hip or leg. felt like a gaint bruise would be present but nothing but normal skin. went to the urgent care place this afternoon got x rays and checked out. bones all looked ok. the doc said she thinks its an inflamed sciatic nerve and muscles... got a couple shots and some pills. hoping this goes away never to return! its been rough. ive got to be able to get around to care for mom and dad . prayers its a one a done thing would be awesome!

Yes the theory is as it heals the cornea is pulled into the corrected shape and corrects the vision - in theory, in practice although it works, a lot of people report halos and glare from bright lights afterwards, a bit like the glare you see from a crack in a windshield, and for the same reason - internal reflection and diffraction.

To this day I can still see my RK cuts in the reflection when I am drinking a glass of ice water for example with the right light.

So last night was fun. I took some medication that obviously didn't sit well with me. I passed out in the bathroom and hit my back on the shower berm and my head hit the tile wall and broke the tile. Yes I always been hard headed. ?
But my wife heard the commotion and came in. She said it took a bit to bring me back around. But improving today. Still feeling woozy and certainly sore.

Yes actually feeling much better. Just been couch surfing.
Realized why my head broke the tile, no tile set behind that area. ?Thank goodness for Philippine build quality.
