This message pops up on screen every time i start my truck, how do i get rid of it permanently?

It’s in the sync settings. Once you turn the data collection and auto updates off it won’t show up anymore. It looks like a toggle button on the screen when you are in settings.

I have looked everywhere and i don’t see data collection but did turn off auto update

I’ll take a look tomorrow once I am in my truck, I am positive I disabled it, as that message only popped up for me when the truck was new and when I reset the whole sync system. Also, check the ford pass app and then go to connected services, maybe you can disable it there?

Mine pops up around the same time I reset the Rear Occupant Warning which is every 6-months, this specific message about data collection normally pops ups twice and after the second time it stays off.

I looked and didn’t I see anything I am not remembering correctly, sorry about that! think what @airline tech said is the only explanation that’s correct
