When you get into the Ranger take it out of yur holster n set it on your dash. When you get out reholster it.
Quite positive I do not want my gun flying around if I have to brake suddenly or get in an accident .

I use the magnet mount in my Bronco .

Me personally I keep mine in my waist band or a secured in whatever EDC bag I have.
Don't see a need to have it mounted in the truck.
