Phone connection problem

For the past 14 months since I bought my Ranger, the phone has linked to the truck perfectly. Today for some reason, it won't connect (to either my phone or my wife's phone). Anybody have any ideas/suggestions to fix this ???

I found the way to reset sync, did it, and all is well. Thank you for the input!

Not sure if it's the same issue, but from time to time my bluetooth will stop connecting. The phone and truck think it is but no audio. So I just switch to USB and it usually comes back next time I start the truck.

Mine does something similar. It occasionally will show my iPhone is connected via bluetooth, and it displays what's playing, but there's no audio. I've done all the recommendations I can find on the forum, and it'll work OK for days - then all of a sudden, no audio again. Rinse and repeat...
