With my phone connected by Bluetooth or Android auto I was always able to answer my phone by pressing the phone button on the steering wheel. Past few weeks I've seen that's not the case anymore. If my phone rings and I press the button it says something of the sort "can not make call." I have to now touch the screen to answer the call.

I can still press the phone hang up button to disconnect the call/hang up.

Is there a setting that's been some how changed that I can change back?

I answer and hang up using the 'OK' and up/down buttons below the radio display. The display shows the caller's ID and prompts OK or hang up with arrows.
I've given up trying to make calls with voice command. Apparently the system can't understand me.

Haha! So true! It is not you though. My wife was in voice recognition technology for many years and her sole comment about the Ranger system was "That is terrible!". Once I said "Call John Smith" and it replied with "Calling 9-1-1". Ya, pretty close! :)
