Higher octane gives you cleaner burn, bit less carbon buildup than regular.
But how does the attribute to a guarantee of higher mileage? Literally every scientific process followed to prove such a theory has come up with an answer of no.

No it won't, you hit the + button and it will only speed up one mile at a time. So if you're set at 55, speed up five miles, you either have to hit the + button five times, or hit the RES/CAN button, THEN the + button.

I can see how pushing a + knob 5 times would be a burden.

I've been a car designer for over 30 years and for the life of me, I don't understand why no one has come out with cruise presets...so like you know, hit buttons that skips from say 35, hit it again and go for 40 then next 45 or 50 or 55 or 60 or 65...marks that coincide with actual speed limits...

If you hold down the + it increases in 5mph increments (for adaptive cruise)

It would be nice if the arse end was a couple inches lower. Then I wouldn't need a new draw bar to tow my trailer. I'm going to need an 8" drop FFS!

My other peeve is that teeny tiny arm rest.

The foot rest and the fact it has one. I love it in the Ranger and it pisses me off that my Colorado doesn't have one. Now I have to figure out how to install one in my Colorado.

First world problems..

I'm sure they have but this way is safer. You know darn well someone will hit it to many times and then the vehicle will speed up to much and out of control. Can you say lawsuit? Laugh but they had to idiot proof coffee cups with a warning telling people it's hot.

Or hold it down starting at 45 and don’t let off until you hit at least 80:devil: Turns it into a little rocket

I always use S mode and love timing lights on 50+ mph highway...cancel at the right moment while traffic race toward the red...light turns green, I'm still over 20, hit resume and ZOOOOM :giggle:

I looked around the forum and haven't seen a reference. Would be curious if you guys have the same effect. The letters next to the shifter don't light up for P R N D S. i have to look at the gauge on the dashboard to confirm where i am. Is that the same for others here?

I am riding along with my kids to teach them driving and i noticed that i can't see what gear they were in easily. In many cars, the letter lights up orange. It kind of looks like it should, as it had that sort of translucent look.

It's not a big deal... unless i am the only one!

Nope, that is an oddity that someone identified a while back. Don't know why, but the indicator only lights up on the dash.
