Three time in the last few weeks I got the power save message to save the battery and the parking assist beeps were very tinny sounding and not very loud. I thought "Oh great the battery is going south" come to find out my grandson had left one of his electronic toys plugged in to the usb charging port in the back seat. It must have been drawing just enough power to set off the alarm. Go figure

I would still keep an eye on it. These batteries typically dont last long in the Ranger, it seems.

The power is cut to the USB's after some time, unless the behavior is modified with Forscan.

There's a good chance you do still need a new battery in the near future.

2019 56k I've been getting that message while driving for close to 2 years now. Wondered what that was all about...

I was recently getting the same message and my ASS had stopped working (not that there’s anything wrong with that). A new battery fixed both issues.

Make sure you reset the BMS after installing the new battery.

Been there, last year my Son would sit in my truck and do his homework and keep the radio and lights on the whole time, and I was starting to get those pop-ups until I figured it out, even over the summer sometimes I put it on a Smart Schumacher Battery Tender on it, havent had an issue since

Mine Ranger started do the same Monday. I'm installing a new battery next week.

Mine will do the same, even though the battery test good...I plug in the NOCO Genius 2D when parked in my garage...
